Shipping policy

***Due to the pandemic, processing and shipping times are longer than usual.  We would like to thank you for your patience during this difficult time. Please contact us directly if you have any queries regarding the delivery of your parcel. 

We typically ship orders within 2 to 5 business days of receiving an order. From that point. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. 

International duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties or VAT. Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issued by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

 ***If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
