Refund policy

We hope you love the products as much as we do! Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon foot print.

We offer STORE CREDIT within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Original shipping fee is not refundable and a return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please send an email to info@monchermoi.com to submit your return for store credit request within 7 days of package arrival. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not receive a refund. 

We only refund items if they are damaged. If the product is damaged then simply tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full.
