- How long are shipping times?
We typically ship items within 2 to 5 business days of receiving an order. Once we process your order, it takes about 1 to 7 business days for domestic packages to arrive and 5 to 10 business days for international ones with USP/DHL. Delays may occur during holiday season or due to customs reason.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
International duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties or VAT. Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.
***If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
- What’s your return policy?
We hope you love the products as much as we do! Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon foot print.
We offer STORE CREDIT within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Original shipping fee is not refundable and a return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your return for store credit request within 7 days of package arrival. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not receive a refund.
We only refund items if they are damaged. If the product is damaged then simply tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded or returned for store credit.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please email email@example.com to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. Once an order has been processed or is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days upon delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via email@example.com.
